Overall the apartment met all my needs. Positive: Location. Negative: The apartment set up. You would think the master bedroom would have its own bathroom.

Positive: The location was convenient to walk to Boardwalk Negative: The apartment was extremely small. It does not accommodate 13ppl as promoted on the website. My family of 10 was extremely cramped together with no space inside the unit. There was no balcony as promoted. I actually thought there was a pool too as it was promoted to be a resort style complex. It was not at all. Sand was found in the bedroom linens. Oven smoked when turned on. So we didn't use it. Maybe the cleaning products they used weren't cleaned out of the oven properly. Bugs/mosquitoes tore us apart inside the home. It wasn't as comfortable as we thought we'd be. The sq footage of the unit matters because I still don't know how 13ppl can fit in that small 4bdr apartment. I was disappointed.

There was no interior lock, which is a safety concern. Please look into installing one as soon as possible.”

Positive: Great stay! The host was responsive and kind. The place was spotless, with a well-equipped kitchen. We really appreciated the milk, cereal, and muffins—such a thoughtful touch. Would happily stay again!

The place had plenty of room for our large group and was very clean. The host left snacks as well as milk and cereal, which made our first morning there so much easier. Communicating with the host was made very sinple. All in all we were very happy with our stay and will definitely use this host and location another time.
