Great place for large families with little kids. Positive: Perfect for large families!

Positive: Everything was exceptional and we didn't have to drive to get to the beach which is a major plus.

Enjoyed the location and accommodations Positive: The Huddle House was walking distance and cereal was provided in house Negative: The trees are grown to close to the balcony and when it rained you couldn't be outside without getting wet.

Did not live up to the pictures in the listing. Positive: You pay a $250 cleaning fee. The floors make your feet black they are so dirty. The walls and doors have food/other gunk speckled/smeared on them. The couch smelled like urine and had dried crusted food under it and smeared into it in along with being as comfortable as sitting on the floor. The beds are like sleeping on the floor, too. There was macaroni stuck to the ceiling in the kitchen. The bunk beds top bed rail falls off and has several extra screws that were put in, in a failed attemp, to properly secure it. One of the comforters on the bed had what appeared to be dried vomit spots on it. There are several quater size or larger chunks missing in the flooring.
