I booked this 4-bedroom apartment on short notice and was very pleased with it. We are able to bring our small dog with us on the trip which was a plus. Mike sent out the information for entry into the apartment promptly and stayed in touch with me throughout our stay. My husband and mother-in-law met the property manager, Belinda, the day prior to us leaving, and shared how nice she was. The apartment was very clean and my family and I loved the basket of snacks, waiting on the bar, and complementary half-gallon of milk, when we arrived. The cereal and coffee were also a nice touch. The neighborhood surrounding the apartment was nice and quiet and we loved that the apartment was close to the beach and there were a lot of places to eat. The only problem that we had throughout our stay was the remotes to the televisions in the bedrooms did not work properly and we didn't have internet service for the first night we were there. Belinda was informed of the problems with the remotes and offered to get the maintenance person out to fix the problems, but we declined as we were checking out the next morning. I was also a little disappointed that the apartment we stayed in did not match the pictures in the listing!! The dryer in the apartment did not work very well, but Belinda shared that they would be installing industrial washers/dryers in the apartments in the near future. All in we were very pleased and would stay again, but it would have to be a ground-floor apartment!

Wonderful rental property. Close to the beach, clean, plenty of room. Would definitely stay there again.

The location was a little seedy, although not too far from the beach (~5 min. walk). Definitely doable with young kids. Property was well stocked with essentials (coffee, cereal, snacks, toilet paper, toiletries) and was nicely updated. Dishwasher and washer/dryer were a huge plus. Michael, the property manager, was very responsive from booking to checkout.
